About Us.

Pescadero Property Management is a locally owned and operated family business, officially established in early 2022 by Abraham Villalobos Macklis and his wife, Meagan O’Brien. Meagan made the move to BCS from North Carolina, while Abraham is a proud native of El Pescadero, hailing from the original Ejido de Pescadero. The Villalobos family owns land throughout the Pueblo and resides in La Huerta between Agricole and La Playa.

With two Bachelors’ Degrees and twin babies, the Villalobos’ are a family of seven. Abraham earned his Business Degree in “Turismo” from Cabo University in 2015, aligning with his passion for serving the rapidly growing expat community in his hometown. Having managed hotels on Cerritos Beach and overseen various projects and properties for clients, Abraham has realized his lifelong dream by establishing PPM as a full-time endeavor.
